Welcome to Savoir Faire Cosmetics online. The following Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any other laws or regulations which apply to the Site, collectively constitute the rules that govern usage of the Savoir Faire Cosmetics website, related websites, and the products and services provided there in.
Applicable Law
This Site is created and controlled by Savoir Faire Cosmetics in the State of Western Australia, Australia. As such, the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and, and where applicable, the State of Western Australia, will govern these Terms and Conditions. By using this site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and Australia and agree that any legal action will only be commenced in these forums.
Savoir Faire Cosmetics may from time to time modify its Terms and Conditions, policies, or the content of the Site, without notice. Please read the Terms and Conditions before placing an order online and check back often. If you do not agree to any change, then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order however, unless Savoir Faire Cosmetics is required to make the change by law.
Eligibility
In order to make purchases through this Site, you will be requested to provide your personal details. In particular, Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details. By entering your payment details you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. The Site is available only to individuals who meet the Savoir Faire Cosmetics terms of eligibility. Individuals must have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to Savoir Faire Cosmetics, applications must be acceptable to Savoir Faire Cosmetics and who have authorised Savoir Faire Cosmetics to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise.
Savoir Faire Cosmetics reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
By making an offer to purchase merchandise, you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and, where Savoir Faire Cosmetics feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit-card number, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how we use your personal information.
We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over the ages of 18, or 21 as legislated by the customer’s state of residence.
Pricing Policy
Prices shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Savoir Faire Cosmetics Pty Ltd is required by law to collect local sales tax on orders where applicable. Sales tax is determined by the customer's ship-to address. Prices are subject to change.
Acceptance of your order
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that Savoir Faire Cosmetics has received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Savoir Faire Cosmetics will be completed when Savoir Faire Cosmetics emails you to confirm the goods have been dispatched and have been handed over to the designated carrier. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Western Australia, Australia. Savoir Faire Cosmetics reserves the right to not accept an order in the event that: payment authorisation is unobtainable, if any item ordered is out of stock or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms and Conditions.
Savoir Faire Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time at its sole discretion.
Intended Use
By placing an order with Savoir Faire Cosmetics you agree to use the products only for their intended purpose. If you use the products for any other purpose you will assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of this use.
Intellectual property rights
The Site and all intellectual property rights, including trademarks, designs, graphics, logo and all software relating to this website, are owned by Savoir Faire Cosmetics, or in some cases, a third party. These intellectual property rights are protected by Australian and international laws.

Returns Policy
This Returns Policy forms is only applicable to purchases made online. If you purchased your item in a store, please understand that each store may have its own return policy that differs from the terms and conditions set out below. Returns for purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange at a Savoir Faire Cosmetics retailer or counter but must be made via the Returns Procedure set out below.
RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS & INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT ORDERS
We are committed to offering our customers the finest cosmetic products available. If the product(s) you received from our online store are:
· defective or not fit for the purpose; or
· not the products that you ordered from us (as set out in your order confirmation email),
you may return the item(s) in original condition for a replacement, exchange or full refund (including all postage costs) by following the Returns Procedure set out below.
RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND
If you decide that you no longer want the product(s) you have ordered, you may return any item in original condition for a replacement, exchange or full refund provided that you follow the Returns Procedure set out below. However, if you return goods for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us.
Please note that for change of mind returns, we cannot accept items that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available. You will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within [28 ]days of our notification.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
1. NOTIFY US OF YOUR INTENTION TO RETURN
Within the order you have received, you will find a receipt with details of your order together with our contact information.
Please notify us of your intention to cancel your order and return any goods by telephone on 1800 765 399 or email at info@sfcosmetics.com.au ensuring you specify your order number and the reason that you are returning the goods. You must notify us in this manner within the period of [14] days from the date you receive your Savoir Faire Cosmetics goods.
2. COMPLETE A RETURNS FORM
Once we have received notification of your intention to return all or part of your order, we will send you a returns form. Please complete this form and enclose it with the goods when you return them to us.
3. RETURN THE PRODUCT(S)
Please send the product(s) you wish to return, together with your original receipt and your completed returns form, to:

The goods being returned (together with the original receipt and completed returns form) must be received at our office within [21] days from the date you received the goods. Please note that we cannot accept goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
As we cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you ensure the parcel is properly packed, sealed and addressed, and that you select a trackable delivery service (such as registered post, which requires a signature upon receipt). We would also recommend using a delivery service that offers transit insurance to protect your goods until Savoir Faire Cosmetics accepts delivery.
4. REFUND / EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED
If you are entitled to a refund (or exchange) we will refund the price paid by you for the goods to the credit/debit card used to purchase the products (or post your replacement products) within [30] days of receiving notification of your intention to return, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition within [21] days of delivery. If you are returning the goods owing to defects or incomplete or incorrect delivery we will refund you the price you paid for your goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return carriage from the original delivery point to our office (provided that you enclose a valid till receipt indicating such costs).
Once your refund has been credited to your account (or your products dispatched), you will receive email notification from a Savoir Faire Cosmetics representative.
